Retaining possession of the football contiues to be the most important factor in winning games. The ability to change direction effectively whilst under pressure is highlighted in this DVD. Differing techniques to turn and protect the ball are presented and progressed through structured exercises and practice sessions.

However, all players from forwards to defenders must possess the ability to beat their opponent in a one against one siuation. Here, the skills are taught, then developed through decision making exercises to become game effective.
